Midsummer races. Last weekend the Dutch GT4 and the NK HTGT raced on the Assen Circuit.
As usual we joined the Dutch GT4 races with the red GT4 Mustang.

After 2 race weekends of problems it was time for successful days. Luckily this time we finished all the 3 races.

Race 1 was driven by Michiel Campagne. He started the race from the 20th position. His best time during the qualifying session was 1:54.676.
In the race he managed to pass by 2 other cars. So he finished on the 18th place.

Allard qualified for race 2. With a fastest lap of 1:50.157 he started the race from place 5.
The start was really great, he passed by the Corvette of Van Dongen and also the Aston Martin of Strous.
After a few laps the power steering broke down so Allard needed to fight very hard to keep his good place. Unfortunately he could not hold the 3rd place and he finally finished on the 8th place.

Race 3. For us it was the first time this season we had to do a driver change. Luckily it went all good so we did not get a drive through penalty.
Michiel started race 3 from the 5th place. Some people passed by but he drove very defensive and he managed to hold a lot of cars behind him.
About half way the race Allard took the car out and drove as fast as he could. Finally he finished on a good 9th place. Well done.
