Race 2, a good starting place on the grid. Kalff could start the race from the second place.

The start wasn't bad but Engel (Ginetta) was faster.

But Kalff fought back! Second by second, meter by meter. Every corner he came closer to the Ginetta. After a wile he passed him and found the connection with the Porsche of Frankenhout.

Although, with 2 laps to go Kalff noticed a strange sound. Half a lap later he had to park his car in the grass... The cardan shaft cracked into 2 pieces and another toggle broke down.
End of the race!

Zero point for race 2.

Another 2 hours to go before the start of race 3:
We had to find a new cardan shaft as the original was too much damaged. Sadly we did not have a spare cardan shaft and nor did the other teams using a Mustang. Luckily we found a street Mustang which was available for a donor cardan shaft. Sadly it was not the same, we needed an aluminium one and we found a steel one.

That meant the end of this GT4 weekend.
