Nico Zonneveld and Karen Campagne have qualified for the race later today.

The laptimes of Nico were just a little less fast than yesterday. His fastest laptime was 2:13:046. Fast enough for a 9th place.

On the other hand, Karen drove about 1 second faster than she did yesterday. Her fastest lap was 2:15:683.
Karen will start the race from place 12.

Race 1 is over. A very busy and messy start with 4 cars at the front of the grid that did not start on time. The whole field had to avoid these cars. Luckily Nico and Karen could avoid them so both the cars are not damaged after this chaotic start.

Nico finished on the 8th place with a fastest laptime of 2:09:903. That's again faster that last season.

Karen did a great job too. She finished the race on the 12th place. Her fastest lap, 2:14.657, was also a lot faster than she drove yesterday.

Race 2. Again the weather was perfect, lots of sunshine and not too hot.
This time the start procedure was back to normal. No lamps, just with signs and flags.

Again the 12th place on the startgrid for Karen. After a few laps she could overtake Rob Rappange in the Morris Cooper S. Eventually she finished on the 11th place. She also adjusted her personal laptime record, 2:13.744 was the fastest lap in the race.

Nico Zonneveld had a wonderful second race as well. Nico started on the right side of the grid, he started from the 8th place.
This was really his race. He found the spirit and he was quick, very quick. A surprisingly 2:09.801 was his fastest laptime in the race. All the fast laps led to a 6th place overall and a 2nd place in his class.

With these 2 cars it was a fantastic weekend. Both the drivers made good ánd big steps forward.
We are looking forward to the next race, hopefully we will have all cars in competition at the Grand Prix de l'Age d'Or (Dijon-Prenois).
